chci se prosím zeptat. Před pár dny mi došla zásilka, objednal jsem si mimo jiné taky Lavyl Allin Tube 100ml. Při prvním použití jsem zjistil, že krém je nahnědlý. Jsem zvyklý, že je bílý. Je to v pořádku?

Dobrý den pane Vrana,
víme o tom, že se neustále pracuje na vývoji jednotlivých produktů, aby byla jejich účinnost co nejvyšší. Například Lavyl Auricum se během 10 let zdokonalilo 4x, tedy firemní laboratoře nestále produkty vylepšují. U nás v ČR ve skladu, jsou produkty maximálně 2 týdny, aby se zabezpečila jejich co největší čerstvost.
Trvanlivost mají produkty minimálně 30 měsíců a více. Plus minimálně rok, mohou být otevřené během spotřeby.
Myslím tedy, že se není čeho obávat, když některý produkt bude občas mít jinou barvu nebo i konzistenci. Rozhodně by to nemělo být stářím nebo nevhodnou manipulací nebo uskladňováním.
Věříme, že je vše v pořádku.

Vyléčil mi za 2 dny zánět dásně! Mazala jsem po poradě se zákaznickým servisem přímo na dásně a do dvou dnů úplně pryč. Vím, že kdyby se zase vrátil, tak mi Lavyl Allin Tube zase pomůže. Už jsem na něj od kamarádky slyšela chválu, ale teď jsem se přesvědčila sama!

Now my favorite of all LAVYcosmetics products. I use it on various dry spots, bumps and pimples on my body pretty much anywhere including my face. It has also removed things like toenail fungus, hemorrhoids, an eczema "wheel" between my thighs, and most recently I was staring at how it helped me manage a cold when I just used Allin to spray Lavyl Nose twice a day on the sinus area under my eyes and on my forehead.

A week after I tested the covid, I suddenly started to feel a strange pain in my leg from my ankle to the back of my knee in the evening. Like a weak but never-ending cramp. I consider the possibility to choose the size of the suppository to be an advantage. In other words, I can fill the mould all or only partly, as needed.
