I use it regularly and am very satisfied.
I bought Lavyl 32. After having my teeth extracted, I applied it to the wounds and my cheeks, and I also took some homeopathic remedies. I only took one painkiller. I coped really well; there was very little swelling and no bruising at all.
In combination with Lava toothpaste, long-term problems with gum inflammation and bleeding have subsided.
If you're still coughing, it's only this spray.

Lavyl 32 BeSure 50 ml definitely saved my implant. My implant had a deepened pocket in my gum, and aggressive bacteria had moved in. I used two ATBs at first and the pain persisted. Then I discovered this spray. The gums tightened, the pocket shrank, the pain subsided.
