Instructions for use for maximum effect
Shake the bottle thoroughly before use, then apply the product with 2–3 sprays. We recommend using the spray 2–4× a day and more often in the case of acute problems. Avoid contact with the eyes! Store in a cool, shaded place (room temperature is sufficient), away from sources of heat or fire.

So I have to give a deep bow. Friday night I was struck down with a brutal flu... I was so sick I thought I was gonna die... Chills, coughing, hacking, runny nose... LAVYL 32 has worked great for us for inflamed gums (for me), I got a great praise from the dental hygienist that since the last check-up my gums are not bleeding at all, beautifully pink and healthy.
