A proven routine:
First cleanse the face and décolleté (or the whole body) deeply with Lavyl Clean or, even better, with the "detoxifying" Solvyl Clean. It is applied to damp skin and left to work for 3-5 minutes, after which it is rinsed off with lukewarm water - ideally with a cosmetic sponge. Then spray the treated areas with Lavyl Auricum Sensitive; this activates the skin and, in addition, the information from the Gemma products (or Nofret, Leon, Exyol SC) reaches the places in the body where it belongs (see Oriental diagnostics). Then apply one of the Gemma creams. That way you achieve perfect effectiveness and at the same time a perfect base for any make-up you may apply afterwards.
It is also a good idea to apply Exyol SC serum to problem areas after spraying them with Lavyl Auricum Sensitive, and only then, once the serum has been absorbed after a few minutes, apply one of the Gemma creams.

Spread a small amount of the cream over the whole face and gently massage it into the skin with circular movements, avoiding the eye area. You can also use the cream to care for the skin of the neck and décolleté. Treat the eye area with the special Nofret cream. Avoid contact with the eyes. Store in a cool, dark place away from sources of heat and ignition. Keep out of reach of children. Suitable also for pregnant women.
