Brief Description - My granddaughter developed yellowish sebaceous scales on the top of her head, especially above the large fontanel, quite "common" in newborns, shortly after birth. This is due to increased activity of the sebaceous glands and increased presence of yeast - candida albicans, which can act as a pathogen.
My daughter used Lavyl Hair to wash her hair and head and after the second wash the scales almost disappeared. She continues to use Lavyl Hair as a shampoo and her head is scale free :-).
