Usage (dosage) - 3 times a week
Length of use and result - One month of Lavyl Hair and after one month I alternate between Lavyl Hair and Solvyl Hair, I have been using for about 5 - 6 months

Brief description - I first used Lavyl Hair 3 times a week for a month, then I added Solvyl Hair. So I alternated and washed my hair 3 times a week. After a couple of months, I could already see that my hair was growing new hair and no more grey! I can see new dark hair growing in between the grey.
The difference in the photos is about 5 - 6 months. The hair is better quality, less grey and has grown about 8 cm.
